Returns Policy

Our aim is to provide you with the best possible customer experience from ordering to delivery and returns so we abide by current UK legislation and relevant trade body guidelines.  Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.  With regards to the information we hold about you we have also issued a privacy policy.

Methods of Payment

We use secure third party payment systems to process your payments, both PAYPAL and STRIPE have their own privacy policy and terms and conditions please refer to the third party T&C for further details.  We accept Visa, American Express, Maestro and American Express card payments and paypal.  Please check your delivery address carefully as we cannot be responsible for incorrect information.


The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges, if they apply.


In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Due Fratelli Coffee you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.


We aim to despatch all orders within two to five working days. During peak order periods (for instance, Christmas or public holidays), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible.


Due Fratelli online shop can only accept orders from within the United Kingdom, with a valid postcode. Due to high carriage costs, this does not include Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Orkney and Shetland Islands. However, please contact us and we will be very happy to take orders from these destinations and elsewhere over the phone. Please call us on +44(0)1986 873410 and we will be happy to arrange an order. Alternatively, note your order in the ‘contact us’ feedback form, together with your contact details and we will contact you with the appropriate shipping costs.


If stock is temporarily unavailable or there is a delay in processing your order our customer services team will be in contact with you.

Cancelling your Order Prior to Delivery

You may cancel your order at any time up to the time prior to your item being despatched by telephone +44(0)1986 873410 (09:00 – 1800 Monday to Friday). After you have received the goods please refer to our Distant Selling Regulations below:


Distant Selling Regulations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel, we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and the goods are to be returned at you [the customer] expense and all goods are to be in good condition remain unopened or unused.  We recommend that you [the customer] use a parcel service with tracking and insurance as we cannot be responsible for goods arriving to us in damaged condition and in such case will not be eligible for a refund.


Prices are charged according to those published on the site on the day of purchase. Due Fratelli reserves the right to alter prices to reflect changes in material costs


As our coffees are a food item, they are therefore zero-rated for VAT purposes.


Due Fratelli Coffee Creators enter into contracts with coffee farms, however, due to seasonal variations, some of our coffees may not be available or, for reasons out of our control, we may no longer be able to source coffees from a given farm, co-operative or origin.  This extends to force majeure concerning natural disasters and acts of war or political unrest.


In these instances, we may choose to work with another producer from that origin, or, if we feel we cannot source a coffee of sufficient quality, not source from that origin at all.

Payment by cheque

We cannot accept payments made by cheque online.

Due Fratelli Coffee Creators aim to deliver all products in perfect condition and exactly as the customer would wish to receive them. In order to ensure that this policy is maintained, claims of damaged or non-delivered goods should be made to Due Fratelli Coffee Creators within 24 hours of receipt, Due Fratelli Coffee Creators will be happy to provide substitute items, full collection and reimbursement, full credit or replacement.



Legal Statement

Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the production of some of the goods.


Prices are subject to alteration and changes in VAT without notice. Should a product not be available we will contact you to discuss an alternative product.


This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.


Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.



Use of this Website from outside the UK

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom mainland, Europe, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia or New Zealand. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if, and to the extent, local laws are applicable.


At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you.
